Wood Lots & Boundary Lines Establishment
​Boynton & Associates LLC has surveyed hundreds of Wood Lot Surveys ranging from ten acres to a 5100 acres. Often the Deed description for a Wood Lot is an abutters description, being only the names of the neighboring land owners or described by range lines. Wood Lot Surveys are needed to confirm the acreage, location and confirmation of old boundary lines and monumentation. A good Wood Lot Survey will increase the value of the property and will insure the location of the boundary lines, helping to prevent timber trespass and encroachments. The process of a Wood Lot survey is similar to a Boundary Survey; extensive deed research is required.

Boundary Line Painting & Blazing
Boynton & Associates LLC specializes in the reestablishment of Boundary Lines. In most cases there are old boundary line blazes that are often very difficult to find or there are sections on line missing along a boundary. While this is generally not a Boundary Survey, there is deed research done.
